Clean and tidy rooms with comfortable mattress and pillows. Well situated in a central and safe area. Spacious rooms by European standards and good size bathroom. Walking distance to metro and bus systems. Many good restaurants nearby. Quiet location with ample hot water in the nice bathroom. Felt safe and secure. Helpful staff. Perfect room temperature.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the prime location in the Eixample area of the city. The service from the staff was exceptional, with a warm and welcoming attitude. The basic amenities provided were all in good condition, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were particularly impressive, with big showers and even a bath included in some rooms. We were lucky to have a room with a balcony, which added an extra touch of charm to our stay. Finally, the breakfast spread was delightful, with a wide variety of fruits to choose from. As a tea lover, I was also pleased to find a good selection of black tea available.

The location of the hotel was perfect, in a safe and quiet area near various restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. It was very convenient to reach the nearest public transport, such as the aerobus, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was close to many popular tourist attractions, great to easily visit them either by walking or using public transportation. The breakfast provided was tasty and offered a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful.
